Who’s Behind Emergency Management Insights

Hi, I’m Thomas Fuller, Deputy Director for Huntington County, Indiana Emergency Management. I’m passionate about public safety, emergency preparedness, and helping communities become more resilient.

Originally from Wabash County, Indiana, I’ve been proud to call Huntington County, Indiana, home since 2023. Alongside my work at EMA, I’m pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency and Disaster Management at American Public University and continually expanding my expertise through training and certifications, including the FEMA Basic Emergency Management Academy and the Professional Emergency Manager (PEM) certification from the Indiana Department of Homeland Security.
